Administrative Assistant

Furniture Options, a leading furniture and housewares rental company located in Carrollton, seeks an energetic and experienced Administrative Assistant for our busy office. This is a full time, hourly non-exempt position, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
Responsibilities include:

  • Answer phone
  • Process orders
  • Schedule deliveries and pick-ups
  • Create files
  • Prepare reports
  • Additional clerical duties as assigned by Operations Manager

Job Requirements:

  • Highly motivated, confident, energetic, positive attitude
  • Efficient with use of time and pays close attention to details
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Professional appearance
  • Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus
